Your email address (for authentication), photos and metadata you upload (dates, events, locations, notes), and basic usage data (page loads, errors).

2. How We Use It

To provide and improve the service, and to send authentication emails and product updates. We do not sell your data to anyone.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (database) and is hosted in the United States. Photos are stored privately and are only accessible by you.

4. Email

We send transactional emails (sign-in links, welcome emails) via Resend. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

5. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing thememorytimeline@gmail.com. If you are an EU resident, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, and delete your data.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Children

This service is not intended for children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
