1. What The Memory Timeline Does

The Memory Timeline is a personal photo organization service that allows you to upload, store, and view your photos in a chronological timeline.

2. Your Account

You must provide a valid email address to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We use magic link authentication — no passwords are stored.

3. Your Content

You own your photos. By uploading them, you grant us a limited license to store and display them to you. We do not share, sell, or use your photos for any other purpose.

4. Subscription Plans

We offer paid subscription tiers. Plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at thememorytimeline@gmail.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not upload illegal content, content that violates others' rights, or use the service to harm others.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for data loss — please keep backups of photos that matter to you.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
